A 24 HOUR COURTESY BUS SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY THE AIRPORT, THIS DEPARTS ROUGHLY EVERY 15 MINUTES BETWEEN THE AIRPORT TERMINAL AND THE CAR HIRE CENTRE. PLEASE ALLOW 10 MINUTES FOR TRANSIT TIME TO THE CAR HIRE CENTRE. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CAR HIRE CENTRE AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL PENALTY FINES OR PARKING FEES IF THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED TO ANY OTHER CAR PARK.

Rental Policies

Additional Drivers - There is an additional charge of 10 GBP per day for each Additional Authorised Driver.

AN OUT OF HOURS KEY BOX IS AVAILABLE AND IS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE CAR HIRE CENTRE. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE RETURNED HERE AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE AIRPORT VIA THE COURTESY SHUTTLE BUS. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL PENALTY FINES OR PARKING FEES IF THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED TO ANY OTHER CAR PARK.

AGE - All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years old. Only drivers over 30 years old may rent Full-Size MPVS, Premiums, or Four-Wheel Drives.

For vehicles travelling to the Republic of Ireland, there is an additional charge of 75 GBP per rental. Please call the branch in advance. Vehicles may not travel outside the U.K. and Ireland.

ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR PROVIDES DAMAGE WAIVER WHICH REDUCES THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH DAMAGE TO AND OR THEFT OF THE ENTERPRISE VEHICLE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. DAMAGE AND THEFT RESPONSIBILITY IS THE FULL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE. DAMAGE WAIVER MAY BE MANDATORY AND INCLUDED IN THE QUOTE. CUSTOMERS WHO CAN PROVIDE INDEPENDENT AND VERIFIED PROVISION TO COVER DAMAGE AND THEFT TO THE ENTERPRISE VEHICLE MAY BE ABLE TO DECLINE DW. THE DW AMOUNT FOR THIS BRANCH IS 24.25 GBP PER DAY INCLUDING VAT AND PLC FEES.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was rented from will be subject to a one-way fee of up to £150. One-way rentals are allowed within all the UK, including Northern Ireland.

In the event of damage and or theft, an excess is applicable which varies depending on vehicle type and location. Excess protection will cover 900.00 GBP of damage, subject to terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The following excess amounts apply- all cars- 1000.00 GBP, mini MPVs and MPVs-1150.00 GBP, premium vehicles and 4x4s – 1400.00 GBP. Excess protection is an optional coverage that allows the renter to reduce the excess responsibility by 900.00 GBP the price of EP is 16.25 GBP per day including VATand PLC fees.

Mileage- all vehicles include unlimited mileage.

THIS OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT ONE-WAY VAN RENTALS. FOR VEHICLES TRAVELLING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 75 GBP. PLEASE CALL THE BRANCH IN ADVANCE. VEHICLES MAY NOT TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE U.K. AND IRELAND.

Payment- if the rental is not prepaid, the renter must pay a deposit and the full rental charges using a major debit or credit card in his or her own name. If the rental is prepaid, the renter must pay a deposit using a major debit or credit card in his or her own name. The deposit is 200 GBP, or 500 GBP if renting a premium vehicle. Payment by a credit card in the main drivers name will be required to rent premium vehicles . If the debit or credit card differs from that used to prepay the rental charges, an additional 200 GBP deposit is required.

ENTERPRISE OFFERS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION-RAP. RAP ALLOWS ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS TO WAIVE ALL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FOLLOWING-TYRE AND GLASS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, EXCEPT WHEN PART OF A LARGER REPAIR, REPLACEMENT KEYS COSTS AND ALL RECOVERY AND CALL CHARGES IMPOSED BY OUR CHOSEN ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS AS RESULT OF A FAULT CAUSED BY RENTER ERROR. RAP DOES NOT EXEMPT YOU FROM THESE CHARGES IF THERE IS ANY BREACH OF OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. THE PRICE OF RAP IS 5.75 GBP PER DAY.

Documentation- all drivers must produce a valid driving license. Non-EU license holders are required to have an international driving permit if the license is not in English. All renters must produce photographic ID- this can be a passport or driving license. International travelers must produce a passport, proof of return travel and residency information while in the U.K. Renters who wish to use a debit card may be subject to additional checks. We reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further ID checks. These may include ID checks with external partners who may check supplied details against databases to which they have access.
